Condition of Item

- All sale prices are final and non-negotiable.

- All goods sold in their existing conditions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Price & Payment

- Items tagged are at regular prices.

- Cashless payment only. We accept Visa and MasterCard, JCB and Union Pay.

Delivery by third-party delivery service

All deliveries and delivery costs by third-party delivery service.

All deliveries would need to be booked on the same day of purchase.

Delivery orders that are made on the day of purchase will be fulfilled the next day.

Delivery fulfillment time will be between 11am to 5pm.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


1. How do I RSVP for the sale?

- You may RSVP for your slot
here.

2. RSVP slots are full. Can I walk in?
- Walk-ins are welcome! However, please expect a wait time for the walk in queue.
- We are not able to give an estimate of the wait time, the estimated wait time ranges between 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the crowd.
- We strongly encourage everyone to RSVP to avoid any disappointment.
- Walk-in queue will close at 5.30pm on all warehouse sale days.

3. Do I need to RSVP for my whole family or just 1 representative will do?
- You may RSVP on behalf of your family. There is no limit to the number of attendees per RSVP, so feel free to bring your friends and family along!

4. Can I enter earlier than my allocated time slot?
- Please arrive at your allocated date and time slot. Should you arrive earlier/later than expected, please note that a waiting time is involved.

5. What happens if I arrive later than my allocated time slot?
- Should you arrive more than 1 hour after your allocated time slot, you will be directed to the walk-in queue to ensure fairness for our guests who are on time for their slot.

6. Will there be any replenishment of items?
- Yes! There would be constant replenishment for houseware items during all days of the sale. Furniture items are on a first come first serve basis, so do hurry down to snag the one you’re eyeing on!

7. Is this a BYOB (Bring-Your-Own-Bag) event?
- Yes, you are highly encouraged to bring your own bag. Shop the sale using your own bags/trolleys/prams/wagons for an easier shopping experience. Show us your creativity!

8. Where is the sale at?
- The Proof Living Group Warehouse Sale is located at Vanguard Campus, 3 Kallang Junction, Level 1, Singapore 339265.

- We are just a 5-10 minutes walk from Bendemeer and Lavender MRT stations.

9. Where can I park at?
- Parking is available at Aperia Mall and CT Hub 2, just a short 2 minutes walk away!

10. Can I reserve an item?
- Reservations are strictly not allowed, so hurry drop by and grab home your faves!

11. Can I return or exchange my item?
- All items sold in their existing conditions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please check all items before making payment.
